About The Position

Cantor Fitzgerald’s 2027 Asset Management Internship Program offers a hands-on, rotational experience across four core teams. Interns work on real-world projects, collaborate with senior professionals, and conclude the program with a capstone presentation, building a foundation for a career in asset management. The program includes rotations in Real Estate, Sales, Traditional Investing, and Hedge Fund Investing, with exposure to career paths across Asset Management.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a bachelor's degree program.
Demonstrated interest in finance, investing, or asset management.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to senior audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
Strong academic record from an accredited university.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
Willingness to learn and adapt across diverse asset classes.

Responsibilities

Complete four two-week rotations in Real Estate, Sales, Traditional Investing, and Hedge Fund Investing.
Gain exposure to career paths within Asset Management.
Execute mini-projects across Sales, Research, Marketing, and Investor Relations.
Deliver oral presentations to senior executives every two weeks.
Develop and present a capstone project at the end of the internship.
Collaborate with team members to analyze investment opportunities.
Assist in preparing client-facing materials and reports.
Participate in networking events and mentorship sessions.
Contribute to data analysis and financial modeling tasks.
Provide feedback on process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
