About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Asset Management Intern to join our Denver, CO office. This role involves supporting design and documentation activities by preparing and updating drawings, floor plans, technical documents, deeds, and leases using Microsoft Office and CAD software to maintain accurate asset records and data inventories. The intern will also research and verify asset inventory data by evaluating the accuracy of facilities, utilities, and real property records and conducting site visits to document and validate existing asset information. Additionally, the role includes assisting with facility condition assessments by collecting and entering data for architectural and MEP systems, performing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of asset inventories, and validating existing records. The intern will also develop and update CAD floor plans and GIS polygons to support space utilization studies, document facility renovations and layout changes, maintain occupant information, and support campus facility management.

Requirements

  • Must have completed 60 hours towards an Architectural Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Fall 2026).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
  • Experience with CAD

Responsibilities
