About The Position

The Asset Management Coordinator II assists with asset management objectives for the Transmission & Distribution organization. The core objective is based on three vital balancing principles; to manage costs, mitigate risks, and performance reliability of various assets. This position provides administrative and technical support for the asset management organization, including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate, validated asset and work order data, inputting hierarchy updates and reconciliation of field reports and system records.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of T&D equipment and systems.
  • Knowledge of asset/work management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify routine issues.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo and PowerBase.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow and apply policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum three years of related asset management experience.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, preferred.
  • Experience within a Transmission and Distribution system or Power generation facility, preferred.
  • Ability to obtain data and build basic reports using Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and validate asset data across asset management and work management systems.
  • Review completed work orders to ensure accurate asset tracking and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing work order, project planning, and scheduling data.
  • Support GRDA technicians with the collection and entry of data, including test results, field measurements, labor hours, materials used, tools used, photos, repair notes, and logs during the work execution phase.
  • Monitor work order and project data, including labor, material, and service costs, and provide data for metrics and key performance indicators such as PM ratios, labor utilization, maintenance execution indexes, forced project indexes, and asset data quality.
  • Review data and collaborate with team members and/or management to identify technical or operational issues.
  • Maintain asset hierarchy by entering new assets and associated equipment specification data.
  • Review and reconcile routine discrepancies between field reports and system records.
  • Provide support to Maximo and PowerBase users.
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity across asset management systems.
  • Assist with generating reports and compiling data for asset management analysis.
  • Support process improvements designed to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
