About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking an Asset Management Associate I for its Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. This is a fully remote position. The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing asset-related processes for EquipmentShare and its dealerships. Key responsibilities include creating automated workflows, generating detailed reports on sold assets and dealership floorplans, and ensuring data integrity. The role involves collaborating with the Treasury team, supporting dealerships with floorplan management, and assisting with equipment audits. The position also requires supporting ad hoc projects, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining documentation for asset management practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Alteryx or similar tools for creating workflows and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with asset management or reporting systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in asset management, treasury, or a related role.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with dealership operations and floorplans is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Alteryx and other tools to develop workflows that automate asset management tasks and reduce manual effort.
  • Create automated reports for sold assets and dealership assets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Generate detailed monthly and quarterly reports on sold assets, providing insights and actionable data to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team to identify opportunities for process improvements through automation.
  • Stay informed on the status of dealership floorplans and associated documents, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support to dealerships by maintaining accurate floorplan data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in audits for Equipmentshare and dealerships, ensuring compliance with lender and company requirements.
  • Reconcile asset data and provide support during lender or internal audits.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to sold assets and dealership operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align asset management processes with broader company goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance asset management practices.
