About The Position

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support a Federal Government client in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves maintaining accurate asset records, managing inventory tracking, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting asset management activities. The position must be performed onsite in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of specialized experience in asset management.
• Ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to inventory and asset management.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory and asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365, including basic Excel functions.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to undergo and pass a Public Trust background investigation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Nice To Haves

• Previous government agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of Agency assets, including equipment, property, and other valuable items.
• Plan for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are in good working order and operating efficiently.
• Maintain accurate asset records and manage inventory tracking.
• Identify and resolve inventory and asset management discrepancies.
