About The Position

The Asset Logistic Specialist supports the Logistics Department at NHC and performs a broad range of operational and technical duties related to all NHC provided equipment. NHC is expanding its Logistics team and seeking a motivated and technically skilled Specialist to join their team and support their continued growth. This role is based at their Concord, MA headquarters.

Requirements

Technically inclined individuals with experience configuring IP routers and switches for integration with customer networks
Ability to configure file management systems for phones, routers, and switches
Experience maintaining inventory control systems by: Tracking stock locations, Processing requests, Recording quantities received and distributed
Strong attention to detail when preparing high volumes of outgoing shipments
Experience with or ability to perform asset tracking and inventory lifecycle management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, including keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations orderly

Responsibilities

Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Stock and maintain equipment inventory levels
Fulfill customer orders, including: Configuring devices, Performing firmware upgrades, Troubleshooting hardware prior to shipment
Test returned equipment to determine eligibility for restocking
Conduct and support year-end physical inventory counts
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and asset tracking
Assist with on-call support as needed
