About the Role: The Asset & Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate, visible, and accountable asset records across customer-owned inventory, CRI-owned inventory, demo inventory, resale inventory, rental inventory, and internal company assets. This role serves as the operational steward of CRI's asset management processes and systems, ensuring assets are accurately tracked, properly documented, readily available for operational use, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. The Asset & Inventory Manager plays a key role in supporting CRI's Demo Program, inventory recovery initiatives, and resale operations through disciplined inventory control, asset governance, and cross-functional collaboration. The Asset & Inventory Manager works closely with Field Operations, Warehouse Operations, Project Management, Sales, Installation Project Coordinators, and Demo Program stakeholders to support operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and informed business decision-making. This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a minimum of three days per week required on-site in San Leandro to support operational success.
