About The Position

Supports secure inventory accountability, property control, supply documentation, asset tracking, and logistics activities for a classified DoD/Intelligence Community program.

Requirements

  • Current/active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
  • Experience with inventory systems, property accounting, and government-furnished property standards.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government property-management regulations.
  • Experience with secure asset-tracking systems, automated inventory tools, and digital logistics solutions.
  • Level 2 baseline: high school plus advanced training and approximately 4–5 years of experience.
  • Level 3 baseline: high school plus specialized training and approximately 5–6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support inventory accountability activities in secure or classified environments.
  • Maintain accurate manual and automated records for requisitioning, receiving, storing, staging, and shipping supplies, repair parts, and equipment.
  • Determine supply requirements, sources of supply, and shipping modes; identify and report supply or shipping shortages.
  • Prepare and interpret supply, transportation, purchase-order, and shipment documentation.
  • Use secure asset-tracking, automated inventory, procurement, and digital logistics tools to maintain property accountability.
  • Research parts and materials from equipment/component vendors and enter procurement information accurately.
  • Apply strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced mission environment.
  • Lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds as required by the asset-control function.
