About The Position

Brentwood Springs is seeking an Assessment Specialist RN to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence. The position is PRN (as needed) and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• Reports to: Assessment Manager/Supervisor
• Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred
• Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
• Current unencunmbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
