About The Position
At Renaissance Recovery, the Assessment Coordinator is the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment. The role guides prospective clients through the initial intake process by gathering background information, assessing treatment needs, and helping clients feel heard, valued, and supported while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The position works with clinical and admissions teams to support seamless transitions into treatment. It involves frequent client interaction in person or virtually, managing multiple assessments, and adapting to fast-paced and changing schedules and needs.
Requirements
