About The Position

SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients entering the respective SAGE program. This includes interviewing clients, gathering data for a comprehensive assessment, making a clinical diagnosis, and completing the initial individual service plan.

The role offers the opportunity to work from home, provided the clinician resides in Arizona. SAGE provides all equipment needed for the position. Assessors are sought in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including the West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix.

Requirements

• Minimum of a master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnoses.

Nice To Haves

• Behavioral health licensure is a plus, but is not required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
