About The Position
SAGE Counseling is seeking Full-Time Assessment Clinicians to conduct assessments, diagnose, and complete intakes for new clients. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, with the requirement that clinicians reside in Arizona. All necessary equipment will be provided. We are specifically looking for Assessors in the Phoenix Metro area, including the West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas. The work schedule is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
- Must reside in Arizona
Nice To Haves
- Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
