About The Position

Build and assemble computer systems and components by following work instructions and standard procedures. Responsibilities include installing hardware, connecting cables, and assembling computer units. No advanced experience required—we will provide training for the right candidate. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available.

Requirements

• Ability to read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by electronic or hardcopy drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to follow standardized methods of work to accomplish an established set of assembly tasks.
• Basic ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive assembly of electronic platforms.
• Follows work instructions and standard procedures.
• Installs hardware.
• Connects cables.
• Assembles computer units.
• Works from hard copy and electronic assembly documentation and instructions.
• Follows established sequencing of hardware and wiring installations using predefined tools and fixtures.
• Assembles components and sub-assemblies in a defined time frame.
• Works from established product bill of materials and assembly drawings of products currently manufactured.
