About The Position
Allegiant Manufacturing is a leading provider of metalworking solutions, including stamping, fabrication, machining, tooling, and value-added assembly. Located in Kansas City, KS, we are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our growing team. If you're experienced with laser cutting equipment, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality issues.
- Meet daily production and performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work with team members and supervisors to support production needs.
