Our Assembly Workers are the hands behind the product — you’ll work across final assembly, packaging, quality control, and order fulfillment in a real production environment. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they become problems.
• Comfortable on your feet all shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills: file handling, job tracking, navigating a screen.
• Able to follow detailed production specs and maintain consistency across a run.
• Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience a plus — but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, label, and box CocoNene products to brand standards.
• Set up jobs accurately — materials, files, and settings — and monitor runs for quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished goods throughout production; catch and escalate defects before they ship.
• Support order fulfillment: sorting, labeling, packing, and hitting daily output targets.
• Use basic computer tools for job tracking and order status
• Keep your workstation and shared spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate clearly with your Production Lead on job status and flag any issues fast.
• Cross-train in other production areas and step up when the team needs it.
