About The Position

We are seeking Assembly Welders for a full-time and permanent position at a local facility that focuses on metal fabrication. This role requires a strong background in metal fabrication, construction, or welding, with a preference for on-the-job welding experience. The position offers competitive pay with opportunities for raises within the first year, along with comprehensive benefits available after a probationary period. Immediate hire is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years' experience in metal fab, construction, or welding.
• Pass a weld test if needed.
• Use of power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and Background.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed.

Nice To Haves

• On the job welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on various types of material.
• Set up machine based on each task.
• Use of cutting tools and other related equipment.
• Operating forklifts and overhead crane (Will be trained).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Must keep workstation clean and organized.
