About The Position

We are seeking Assembly Welders for a full-time and permanent position at a local facility that focuses on metal fabrication. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, construction, or welding. The shift is the 2nd Shift, but candidates must be able to train on the 1st Shift for 2-4 weeks, receiving base pay during that period. Overtime is available, and employees receive weekly pay. The company offers two pay raises within the first year.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years' experience in metal fab, construction, or welding.
• Pass a weld test if needed.
• Use of power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and Background.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed.

Nice To Haves

• On the job welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on various types of material.
• Set up machine based on each task.
• Use of cutting tools and other related equipment.
• Operating forklifts and overhead crane (Will be trained).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Must keep workstation clean and organized.
