Requirements

• Ability to operate machines and production equipment safely.
• Ability to meet quality and productivity requirements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• Ability to report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
• Ability to use appropriate PPE.
• Ability to correct hazards within your control and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard promptly and effectively.
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Look out for one another to foster a culture of mutual care and safety.
• Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
• Recognize how your work impacts the environment and work to minimize negative effects.
• Participate in HSE training to stay informed and prepared.
