About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join the team in Charlotte, NC. The technician will support the manufacturing process by assembling products accurately and efficiently, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting assembly issues, maintaining an organized and safe workspace, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors, documenting processes and discrepancies, and following company safety protocols and policies. Multiple shifts are available, including a weekday overnight shift and two Friday-through-Sunday shifts. Weekend overtime is optional for the weekday overnight shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Mechanical testing skills.
Mechanical assembly skills.
Mechanical systems and component repair skills.
