Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, with experience in handling complex components and systems.
Proficiency with specialized hand and power tools, including precision tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or vocational training in a related field.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

Perform Intricate Assembly Tasks: Utilize your advanced technical skills to assemble and integrate complex components and systems into our state-of-the-art healthcare kiosks.
Collaborate for Improvement: Work closely with engineering and production leadership to enhance processes, solve issues, and drive continuous improvements, ensuring better efficiency and superior product quality.
Champion Quality Assurance: Actively engage in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and efforts to achieve excellence in all aspects of production.
Conduct Thorough Inspections: Adhere to the highest quality standards by performing comprehensive inspections and implementing quality control measures, ensuring each product is dependable, efficient, and meets client requirements.
Interpret Technical Specifications: Accurately interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and instructions for assembling intricate components and systems, ensuring precision in every task.
Maintain Equipment Effectively: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth production flow.
Ensure Quality Control: Consistently conduct quality control checks to verify that products conform to specifications and quality standards.
Utilize Specialized Tools: Skillfully use specialized hand and power tools to assemble and install components, including those requiring precision handling.
