Requirements

Experience with air and pneumatic tools
Ability to set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment
Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
Ability to perform inspections and identify out-of-tolerance situations
Willingness to collaborate with team members and supervisors
Willingness to participate in training and cross-training

Nice To Haves

Experience in the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines
Experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assembly components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies
Set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job
Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.
