Shift Hours: 2pm - 10pm Monday through Friday with Occasional Overtime We offer competitive base wages starting at $19.00/hour with a $2.00 Shift Premium, with pay increasing based on experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our Wall Department. The ideal candidate will work across multiple work centers, contributing to various tasks including assembling wall panels, material handling, cutting plastic, pulling product from warehouse for orders and maintaining a neat and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Cut plastic materials accurately and efficiently.
Assemble wall panels according to specifications.
Handle materials and manage inventory in the department warehouse.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Glazing- accurately cutting, bundling & labeling of parts
Plastics & Aluminum Cutting- accurately cutting, documenting, & inspecting of parts
Genius Corners- properly grove & bend sliding door covers & genius corner base covers
Edging- properly operating mini-melt glue unit & spray gun as well as pulling trim corners for fabric tack-able shells
Filler Panel- Correctly assemble shells into frame, use of nip roller
Assembly of Mushrooms & Stiffeners- assemble stiffeners & mushrooms to shells, operate nip roller & staple tack-able shells
