Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Experience assembling electronic or mechanical components is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic consoles and components for commercial fitness equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
Install wiring harnesses, displays, touchscreens, circuit boards, and other electronic components.
Perform functional testing to verify consoles operate correctly before shipment.
Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve assembly issues.
