About The Position

Performs a wide variety of technological functions in various aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering, primarily in support of assembly, setup and commissioning, support acceptance runs, production support, optimization, documentation and Training in factory automated systems; includes editing of technical documents with approval of the system owner and version control. Job function reports to Team Leader Service Medical of “Company” Corporation

Requirements

  • Able to work with moving parts and mechanical hazards.
  • Able to work efficiently in order to meet project and department objectives while utilizing best practice methods.
  • Able to continuously improve and problem solve the working processes and work environment.
  • Team oriented with excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in building capital equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling machine components as illustrated in mechanical drawings.
  • Assembling all types of pump equipment to customer, OEM and industry standard specifications
  • Efficiently wiring machines, panels, and control circuitry (up to 480 Volts), adding electrical components based on project layouts and wiring diagrams (per NFPA 79)
  • Positioning and leveling system equipment
  • Up/downloading software, flashing Firmware, performing I/O checks
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving live power and control circuitry issues
  • Setting up parameters, testing and debugging the equipment and application while adjusting assemblies
  • Conducting a successful customer factory acceptance test
  • Observing all safety regulations, making sure of wearing and using proper protective wear and tools, informing supervisor of any safety issues or hazards
  • Learn product usage and application through system testing.
  • Test and debug electrical components of machines
  • Assembly of Mechanical and Electrical components on stations/modules/production lines
  • Wiring of Mechatronic components
  • Wiring of fluid components
  • Performing I/O checks on installed equipment
  • Support in Setup and Commissioning process.
  • Support in acceptance runs.
  • Support in production support on machines and production lines at customer site
  • Give Training to Operators and Maintenance personnel.
