As an Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on, building real products with a team that takes pride in every unit that leaves our floor.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and show up ready to work
  • Team-player attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and understand job-related materials and perform basic math.
  • Proficient with manual and powered hand tools.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and working conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
  • Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
  • Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing and assembly experience preferred, not required.
  • Experience with hoist/crane operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build electrical transformers and components on an assembly line
  • Use basic hand tools and perform detailed, repetitive hand and finger work
  • Follow safety and quality procedures
  • Communicate with your team and leads to keep things running smoothly
  • Follow instructions to assemble core steel based on customer needs and company guidelines.
  • Install various parts onto coils, including steel pieces, padding, clips, and frames.
  • Ensure core and coil units are assembled accurately according to set standards and customer preferences.
  • Keep tools organized for smooth workflow.
  • Inspect transformer cores carefully to ensure they meet quality standards and size requirements.
  • Work well with team members and follow supervisor directions to meet production targets.
  • Always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
