About The Position

As an Assembly Technician, you will be a vital part of our production team, responsible for building and testing high-precision components and finished products. You will use technical blueprints and specialized tools to ensure every unit is manufactured to the highest safety and quality standards across sectors like aerospace, propulsion, and avionics.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and experience working with specialized manufacturing tools.
  • Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • A commitment to "zero-defect" manufacturing and high-quality output.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • A&P or IPC-610 Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble complex parts or full systems according to detailed technical drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Conduct rigorous testing on completed products to ensure functionality and strict adherence to safety regulations.
  • Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all industry-specific quality control protocols (e.g., aerospace or medical grade standards).
  • Record production data and test results to maintain accurate manufacturing logs and traceability.
