About The Position

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Suwanee, Georgia. The Assembly Technician takes assembly orders from start to finish, using hands-on mechanical skills and working knowledge of industrial automation to build quality products. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of hands-on mechanical assembly experience. The role suits individuals who are comfortable with repetitive tasks. The schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6–12 months of hands-on mechanical assembly experience.
• Hands-on mechanical skills and working knowledge of industrial automation.
• Ability to follow directions and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well with repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build products according to Hartfiel Automation job folders.
• Run final tests on completed assemblies to verify that they work properly.
• Suggest ideas for improving how work is done.
• Use shop tools safely and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Follow Hartfiel Automation's quality processes.
• Support the company's mission, values, and vision as a team member.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
