Requirements

2+ years blueprint reading
industrial power tool experience
Professional experience in manufacturing, farm machine repair, automotive repair, or industrial assembly
2+ years multi-axis CNC machining experience
CNC Programming (ex. Fanuc, Siemens, Waco,)
2+ years of stand-up fork truck experience
basic computer skills
Certified Electrician with 3+ years’ experience in the electrical repair of machines and related equipment
troubleshoot and repair PLC and relay logic-controlled machines
experience with AC/DC analog, digital drives and Low, Medium and High Voltage Switchgear
3+ years’ experience in the mechanical repair of machine tools
experience with installation, repair, and maintaining hydraulic systems, ball screws, precision bearings, scraping principles etc.
Read and understand machine tool prints
work with tight tolerances
Experience with leveling and alignment of machines, shafts, gearing, welding, lubrication principles, pipefitting, and tube bending
basic electrical skills
