About The Position
We are seeking an Assembly Tech to join our team. This role involves assembling mechanical parts using hand and power tools, following detailed instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work independently, and possesses good communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Basic experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for mechanical assembly

Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts by following written instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed
- Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet specifications
- Identify and fix minor assembly issues using standard procedures
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
- Keep work area clean and follow safety and company guidelines
