Also, there is a 401(k) with an enhanced contribution and matching program. Rate of pay for a Assembly Process Technician starts at $29.87 per hour and progresses to $30.87 an hour. Plus, night premium is another $.50 for second and third shifts. Most positions will start either on 2nd or 3rd (Monday through Friday) and the hours are 2:45 pm. to 11:15 p.m. or 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. The Assembly Process Technician enhances production operations by supporting and ensuring continuous improvement of Assembly machines and systems. This includes, but is not limited to, systems performance in areas such as uptime, reliability, and quality. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and works with the engineers. This position is responsible for contributing to a safe work place and minimizing negative environmental impacts by complying with the EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions outlined in the EHSMS Training Assessment for this position.
