About The Position

As a Die Assembly Tech, you will be responsible for assembly crimping dies, creating labels, and assisting the Die Assembly Team Lead in inventory control. This role requires basic problem-solving skills, collaboration with the Safety Committee to foster a positive safety culture, and completion of required documentation. You will also maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, complete inspections, and perform administrative duties including daily production reporting related to Productivity, Quality, Material Usage, OEE, etc. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic mechanical experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to work with others collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties including daily production reporting related to Productivity, Quality, Material Usage, OEE, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
