About The Position

As a Die Assembly Tech, you will be responsible for assembly crimping dies, creating labels, and assisting the Die Assembly Team Lead in inventory control. This role requires basic problem-solving skills, collaboration with the Safety Committee to foster a positive safety culture, and completion of required documentation. You will also maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, complete inspections, and perform administrative duties including daily production reporting related to Productivity, Quality, Material Usage, OEE, etc. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic mechanical experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to work with others collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assembly crimping dies.
Creating labels.
Assisting the Die Assembly Team Lead in inventory control.
Using basic problem-solving skills.
Working closely with the Safety Committee to foster a positive safety culture and to complete safety-related activities.
Completing required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements.
Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Completing inspections.
Administrative duties including daily production reporting related to Productivity, Quality, Material Usage, OEE, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
