About The Position
We are seeking Assembly Technicians for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will be assembling solar panels in an environment controlled, manufacturing facility. This is a Temp-to-Hire position.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- A stable job history
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Good attitude
- Sense of urgency
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be willing to submit to a national background check.
Responsibilities
- Operate and load the machine
- Achieve production daily output target
- Monitor the smooth production process, operate soldering irons
- Ensure that quality product is produced.
