Reviva is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our growing Engine Assembly department. In this crucial role, you'll play a vital part in assembling top-quality diesel engines, ensuring they meet our rigorous performance standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing field.
Technical proficiency with industrial hand and power tools.
Ability to interpret complex work orders and technical drawings.
Physical capability to lift up to 70lbs and maintain stamina in a fast-paced shop environment.
Open to Recent Graduates: We welcome applications from technical or trade school graduates looking to start their careers.

Responsibilities

Execute precision mechanical assembly according to rigorous technical specifications and tolerances.
Assemble complex diesel engine components using detailed blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate within a high-output assembly line to maintain production schedules and operational efficiency.
Utilize a variety of specialized hand, pneumatic, and torque tools with a high degree of accuracy.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including overhead hoists, forklifts, and industrial carts.
