About The Position

We're seeking dependable, quality-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team. Candidates will be considered for multiple assembly opportunities based on their experience, skills, and qualifications, including advancement opportunities into specialized assembly positions. Available Positions: Fan Assembly Technician – $19.50/hour, Air Handling Unit Assembly Technician – $20.50/hour. Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:30PM, with occasional overtime opportunities as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of assembly experience.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, production documents, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of assembly experience.
Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
Experience assembling or fabricating sheet metal products.
Electrical assembly experience, including wiring or installation of electrical components.
Basic computer skills, including data entry, printing documents, and navigating software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to work instructions, blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Support production goals while maintaining a high level of workmanship.
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
