About The Position

Supervise hourly production workers in the KC Assembly Department. Keep department organized and clean at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately return components to the warehouse
• Must be able to multi task
• Ability to know how to use Macola

• Ability to perform payroll duties when required
• Assist with personnel and disciplinary issues as needed on production floor
• Fill in for the Manager as needed
• Perform additional floor supervision, machine operation, assembly, sewing, assembly or warehousing projects as assigned
• Perform monthly inventories

Responsibilities

• Distribute appropriate components for the assembly process
• Document employee production daily
• Check in production work orders from the warehouse for accuracy
• Train employees on new tasks & to be as efficient as possible
• Ability to accurately return components to the warehouse
• Keep the department clean and free of clutter at all times
• Assist in the date coding process so that it runs smoothly
• Must be able to multi task
• Ability to perform payroll duties when required
• Ability to know how to use Macola
• Assist with personnel and disciplinary issues as needed on production floor
• Fill in for the Manager as needed
• Perform additional floor supervision, machine operation, assembly, sewing, assembly or warehousing projects as assigned
• Perform monthly inventories
• Other duties as assigned
