About The Position

Donaldson is seeking an Assembly Specialist to operate manufacturing equipment and tools and follow established processes and procedures to produce quality products safely, expeditiously, and efficiently. This is a safety-sensitive position based in Stilwell, Oklahoma, on the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role supports assembly and fabrication of Elements products and involves quality checks, documentation, packaging tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Three to six months of experience in a production assembly environment.
• Related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and/or fabricating Elements products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks in accordance with quality standards and procedures.
• Complete required documentation and paperwork.
• Sere, sleeve, bag, and box products.
• Follow directions and perform tasks assigned by Leads and Supervisors.
• Achieve production rates and work at a speed commensurate with machine operators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Acquire working knowledge of Facet’s product line.
• Follow the 5S system.
