About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Production Supervisor to oversee our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the assembly line to ensure production schedules are met. This role involves monitoring employee performance, enforcing safety and quality standards, training new team members, and resolving production issues. The supervisor will collaborate with various departments, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role requires addressing employee concerns, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
Solid understanding of production workflows, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with production software and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Korean/English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the assembly line to ensure production schedules are met.
Monitor employee performance and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Train and guide new team members on standard operating procedures, safety practices, and equipment use.
Identify and resolve production issues in real time to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure proper documentation of attendance, shift reports, production metrics, and quality checks.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety reminders.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and internal safety protocols.
