About The Position

Requirements

6+ months of assembly experience
Good standing with attendance
Understanding of how to fill out basic IIS production documentation
Strong organizational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to understanding and follow verbal and written instructions
Available for short notice and mandated overtime
Must be able to lift up to 12 lbs. regularly at and above shoulder height
Occasionally lift/pull up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to stand for duration of shift (8-12 hours)
Leadership experience (current or previous group leader)
Ability to identify problems within the production environment and take corrective action
Firm understanding of 2S 3D procedures
Demonstrated ability to work overtime upon request

Responsibilities

Identifying problems within the plant environment and take corrective action
Scheduling of daily overtime when required based on customer requirements and store conditions
A variety of recordkeeping including but not limited to; production boards, process reject control charts, set up verifications, material usage logs and daily input of production
Monitoring of standard work charts and set up verification to ensure they are updated and accurate
Providing direction and training to other associates
Adhering to plant rules and company policies as well as leading by example
Working overtime on a scheduled and unscheduled basis
