About The Position
The Assembly/Packaging position supports a bakery production team at a worksite in Navarre, Ohio. The role starts in the Packing/Packaging area, preparing finished products for shipment and ensuring items are properly packaged and moved to the shipping line. The schedule has variable shifts, and employees must be available for all shift times. The schedule is provided each Friday.
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be flexible and available for all shift hours and times.
Nice To Haves
- Previous production, packaging, or bakery experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Package and box finished bakery products.
- Prepare packaged products for shipment and production lines.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Be flexible to work different shifts as business needs change.
