About The Position
This role involves loading and operating machines for product assembly in a team environment. Responsibilities include assembling and packing product, operating various machinery, reading and verifying routings, entering order information into a computer, performing quality checks, and assisting with training new team members. The position requires good reading and comprehension skills, adequate communication skills, the ability to work with little supervision, and the ability to differentiate colors/color codes.

Responsibilities
- Load and operate machines used to assemble product.
- Work in a team environment.
- Assemble and pack product.
- Operate spin welder, handle welder, swivel lid assembly machines, and carton-taping machine.
- Accurately read routings and inform supervisor if there are errors.
- Accurately enter order information in computer.
- Perform quality checks.
- Perform packing duties.
- Properly dispose of rejected material.
- Assist with training new TeamMates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
