They aim to revitalize U.S. manufacturing, creating opportunities for employees and communities. The Assembly Team at Cutting Dynamics is expanding due to growth and is seeking an Assembly Operator. This position is located in Avon Lake, Ohio.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Demonstrates inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Great Communicator
• Team Player
• Integrity and Safety

Responsibilities

• Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.
• Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
• Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment
• Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
• Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork
