About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED (minimum)
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must pay attention to detail and be able to spot small defects.

Responsibilities

Operate different machines including injection, gate trimming, joining, separating, shape cutting, water testing, laser marking, inspection and packing.
Coordinate production scheduling by machine with manager and co-workers.
Organize raw material for lot changes, which includes transferring 20 lb. containers of chips by hand and lifting 5 lbs. by hand, shoulder high.
Perform lot changes.
Analyze machine stops, correct problems, and restart machines.
Communicate with Mechanic, TE, and Manager regarding quality problems.
Perform quality checks as required.
Assist Quality Assurance by pulling daily samples, recording daily production, scanning job cards, and transferring finished product to the next process.
Mix chips (2.5 kg per bag) daily or as required to run injection.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
