About The Position

We are hiring dependable Manufacturing Assembly Operators to join a fast-paced production team. If you have manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience and are looking for steady full-time hours, this could be a great opportunity. Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
• Willingness to learn equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and assembly line equipment.
• Install parts and components as products move through the assembly process.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and assist with routine maintenance.
• Move, pack, sort, and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Inspect finished work and identify defective or non-conforming products.
• Rework or separate faulty products as required.
• Maintain accurate daily production and assembly records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for production.
