Assembly Operator (A-Tech) 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

About The Position

The Assembly Operator (A-Tech) supports manufacturing activities in accordance with policies and procedures for successful manufacturing operations. The position requires learning to operate and maintain various equipment while meeting expectations for quality, IATF 16949 standards, safety and environmental practices, 5S housekeeping, and productivity. The operator may work in any area of the operation, must be willing and able to work any shift, and may travel as required. The role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and ergonomics.
Ability to understand and demonstrate standard work.
Proficient English communication skills.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to perform required physical activities throughout the shift, including standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, repetitive side-to-side movement, grasping, and fine finger dexterity.
May be required to lift up to 40 pounds during a shift.
Ability to meet the position's vision requirements, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.
Use personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses with side shields, in manufacturing areas.
