Scope: The Lamination Production Associate is involved with all operations of lamination within the RF Center. Requirements

  • General math, reading, computer skills.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to read and understand blue prints and procedures.
  • Able to use/read calipers & micrometers.
  • Has good hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, reading vision, hearing perception, and is able to speak clearly.
  • detail oriented, approachable, good interpersonal skills, trustworthy, willing to learn, punctual, self-disciplined, takes direction well, dependable, flexible, team player, professional, reliable, self-motivated, takes pride in work.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds; able to sit or stand for several hours at a time.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and produces quality product, bonds assemblies, installs hardware, operates presses and autoclave.
  • Processes all internal paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Cleans and stores plates and dividers.
  • Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
  • Cross training in multiple areas.
  • Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.
  • Perform correct handling procedures, adhere to quality manual, follow all process procedures.
  • Fill out job travelers correctly, participate in shift crossovers, cross train in other areas, utilize the correct tool #’s for the job, notify tech or supervisor of equipment down, perform 1st article process, utilize Shop floor control system and complete jobs as required.
  • Adhere to maintenance schedules, perform all housekeeping duties.
