Assembly Lead
About The Position
The Assembly Lead supports and leads daily assembly operations in a production environment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The role involves hands-on assembly using specialized tools and equipment, helping meet production goals, and ensuring work is accurate and meets quality standards. The Assembly Lead also helps maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment. The position requires flexibility to work either first or second shift based on production needs, and shift assignments may change periodically depending on workload. Second-shift hours typically run from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM–2:00 AM, depending on production demands. This is a temp-to-hire position; benefits are available upon full-time hire.
Requirements
- Previous assembly experience.
- Experience using a Rivet Squeeze, Pull Rivet Gun, Roller Swaging, and Arbor Press.
- Experience working with bushings, rivets, nut plates, bearings, Hi-Lok, and Helicoils.
- Experience mixing and applying adhesives, sealants, primers, and Semkits.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to work first or second shift as production needs change.
