About The Position

The Assembly / Inkers Lead is responsible for managing and supervising the daily activities of assembly and Inkers operators to ensure that production, quality, and safety standards are met. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workflow efficiency, reporting manufacturing metrics, and promoting teamwork on the production floor.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
Understanding of KPI tracking and order management.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Flexibility, discipline, and a strong sense of integrity.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2 years as a senior or skilled assembler preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise assembly / Inkers operators, material handlers, during daily production.
Verify that all process conditions and quality standards are being met.
Ensure assembled products meet defined specifications and are free of defects.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and order within the team.
Prepare manufacturing reports and communicate progress to Manager.
Ensure work orders are completed on time and according to specifications.
Promote teamwork, engagement, and accountability among team members.
Present performance indicators and manage key metrics (KPI) for the assigned area.
Track attendance and coordinate workgroup scheduling.
Comply with company policies, safety rules and regulations for personnel and as pertaining to other employees.
Maintain work area, equipment, and supplies in a neat and orderly condition.
Report any problems or difficulties to the proper supervision.
Assist others/perform other duties when time permits or when so instructed.
