This role involves assembling components with increasing complexity and variation in a fast-paced, safety and quality-focused team environment. Requirements

Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data).
Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.).
1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of engines and components.
Prior use of hoists.
Print reading experience.
Basic assembly training or engine/component assembly experience or engine mechanic experience.

Responsibilities

Perform various assembly processes in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused team environment.
Adhere to contamination control guidelines.
Utilize print reading skills and perform quality checks as defined by standard work.
Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, gages, hoists, presses, and other necessary tools.
Cross-train in other positions up to and including Salary Grade 3, based on qualifications and physical requirements.
Follow production schedules.
Utilize various computer systems (MES, BIQ, Pinpoint, Epix) to reference work instructions, prints, and perform data entry.
May use overhead cranes/hoists and/or electric pallet jacks to move parts.
Adhere to Built in Safety guidelines.
Demonstrate attention to detail and be self-motivated.
Cross-train in other areas of operations for flexibility.
Work in an environment without close supervision.
