Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Assembly/Finishing is preferred.
• motor manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of AC motors, including end plates, rotors, windings, motor layouts, shaft/endplate prints, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
• Ability to read SFDs, special instructions, TDRs, manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and indication gauges.
• Must understand and properly use required PPE, maintain a clean workstation, and follow safety and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive pulling, pushing, and twisting motions; move trays of assembled and unassembled motors weighing up to 90 lbs. across conveyor lines; and work with sealants, silicone, and greases.
• Must be able to use various hand and pneumatic tools, understand flex flow/day-and-rank systems, and assist in other areas as needed.
