Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.
  • Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Fast and self-initiating learning.
  • Able to perform Basic Mathematics.
  • Use of hand tools such as power tools (drills), crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, press fits, or similar hand tools is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish.
  • Some electronic experience.
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble fixtures, mounting electronic components, and installing them into larger assemblies or casings.
  • Ensure the proper installation of electric wiring.
  • Test or troubleshoot equipment before it is put into or returned to service.
  • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products.
  • Follow all security rules and safety policies.
  • Follow the instructions and quality guidelines.
  • Learn and perform manual tool operations.
  • Work with others in a team environment.
